My friend and I decided to check out a new Ramen spot in Charlotte and I’m so glad we did. We were greeted and seated immediately with the cutest greeting in Japanese. Our server Ashley was so nice and had great suggestions of the menu. The food was quality from beginning to end I can’t wait to come back and try more things on the menu. If you can handle the heat they have it for you. My Ramen bowl was just what I needed on this cold wet day. I also had edamame and a ginger salad that was so good. I couldn’t even get a picture of it before scarfing it all down. I also love the fact that this is a black owned establishment, they made everyone feel welcomed and at home.

Walking up to JINYA, I knew I was in for a treat and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was fantastic. The decor was excellent as well. Kennedy was my server and was outstanding. She makes a great old fashioned! I had the crispy chicken as an appetizer and man I don't know how they cook them or what seasoning they used but they were absolutely delicious. Next up was my main Ramen dish. I had the tonkotsu black bowl. I highly recommend it if it's your first time. Full of flavor. Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10! If you're in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend checking out one of their 2 locations.

Food was great and the atmosphere was chill . The decor was beautiful, a bit expensive bill was 170 .Great for a date night or a small gathering. Food was brought out quickly and service was exceptional. You won't be disappointed here.

Josephine was amazing! She made our experience so much better and smoother! She was helpful and went through the menu with us!! You most definitely need to add this place as a must eat and ask for my girll! Purrr

My husband and I had an excellent experience during our first visit to JINYA Ramen Bar. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, We truly appreciated the genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely amazing first experience here at Jinya. Upon entering we swiftly got a table outside. The menu was clear and simple. We got two small plates, the salmon sushi, and tuna tacos... they were perfection perfectly cooked sushi rice and crispy (wonton?) taco shell . My boyfriend got the chefs special birria ramen with an egg and corn which took it up a notch, and I got the chicken ramen bowl with an egg, it was superb and flavorful. Everything came out in less than ten minutes and I am not kidding, literally 10 minutes. Stephanie our waitress was so kind and quick she was amazing. 10/10 experience will be coming back next time we’re in town!

Haley did a great job during dinner today! she has bright energy and is attentive. Please give her a raise. 10 out of 10 recommend!! The food was also amazing and came out very fast and hot!

JINYA Ramen Bar was a very pleasant surprise. I am a vegetarian and was so happy to find a plethora of items for me at this restaurant. The food served was simply outstanding and without hesitation I would come back just for the food but that was not where it ended. The staff were all so attentive and were extremely pleasant and helpful in helping me know the choices for me. The restaurant is really nice looking and has a great vibe to it.
